Payoff Diary is designed to keep your debt details private. This policy explains what we collect and what we don't.
What stays on your device
The debts you enter — balances, interest rates, minimum payments, and the plan we calculate — are processed in your browser and saved only in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to or stored on our servers.
What we collect
- Your email — only if you choose to join the waitlist. We store it with our email provider (Beehiiv) so we can tell you when the iOS app launches.
- Anonymous usage analytics — we use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and the TikTok Pixel to understand how people find and use the tool. These set cookies and may be used for ad measurement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the services that run Payoff Diary: Beehiiv (email), Vercel (hosting), and the analytics providers listed above. Each has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email. You can clear your saved plan by clearing your browser's local storage. To have your email removed entirely, email us.
